LA Climate Tech: Sept 30 - Oct 7
NY Climate Week, Clean Mobility Forum, Art Exhibit, Wildlife Day - and more.
Hi friends,
After an intense LA Climate Week, members of our team dove into NY Climate Week, including events co-hosted by our very own NY Climate Tech Cities —and what a whirlwind it was! With hundreds of events unfolding across both weeks, the experience was overwhelming yet rewarding, as conversations shifted from climate change to climate ACTION. While there is still work to be done in understanding complex regulations, increasing organizational transparency, and using reporting data efficiently - governments, entrepreneurs, lenders, and investors are fully engaged in driving the transition that is underway, making the future look more promising as ever!
Here are our top event picks for this week:
On Tuesday, visit the 🖼 Brackish Water art exhibit showcasing issues of access, inclusion, and ecological racism along Los Angeles’ waterways.
Attend tours of a water recycling facility and participate in interactive water education booths and games with the entire family at 💧 Water Harvest 2024, on Saturday.
On Sunday, learn from local wildlife experts and ambassadors at Pasadena Humane’s all-ages 🦅 Wildlife Day event!
As always, scroll down for the full list of upcoming events.
Cheers,
Maëlys, Niqat, Raiven & The Climate Tech Cities Team
