Community Shoutouts
Theodore Payne Foundation for Wild Flowers & Native Plants
Have you ever visited the Theodore Payne Foundation (TPF)? We regularly feature in this newsletter: public classes and garden tours through which TPF invites all to explore the role of native plants in local ecology, aiming to make the communities of Southern California more beautiful, sustainable, and environmentally friendly. Plan a visit! TPF is located on 22 acres of canyon land in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, open year round (Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM), and admission is free. This coming Thursday, connect with local birds on an Experiential Walk and Talk with Diego Blanco.
