Also on Tuesday, join the online 🐠 Blue + Green session in which experts will discuss career pathways in aquaculture.
On Sunday, attend a 🌳 "Rooted" Workshop, hosted by the Los Angeles Regional Collaborative for Climate Action and Sustainability (LARC), to explore how Black Los Angeles residents feel about their relationship to nature, environmental racism, and their access to green space.

Summertime at TreePeople is back! All summer long, TreePeople is bringing its favorite musicians, comedians, movies and more to the S. Mark Taper Foundation Amphitheatre stage at Coldwater Canyon Park. The screening of the 1992 family classic Fern Gully: The Last Rainforest will begin just after sunset. General Admission includes first-come, first-served seating. Access to the amphitheatre will begin at 7pm to give audience members time to picnic and tour the grounds of Coldwater Canyon Park. Limited ground space will be available to spread out picnic blankets along with ample stadium-style seating.

“Rooted” is a summer park series that was created to explore how Black Los Angeles residents feel about their relationship to nature, environmental racism, and their access to green space. Starting June 16, this series will offer monthly community discussions and arts and wellness workshops in parks around Los Angeles. All events will be free and open to the public.
